Terms and conditions

By placing an order or making a payment, you accept all of these terms.

In case of any discrepancy between translations, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Orders and payments

All prices are in USD.
Payment is made in advance, before work begins.
To order, open a ticket including: vehicle (vanilla or MOD, with Workshop link), the design you want and references/images.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the number of orders.

If you cancel before work starts, you get a full refund.
Once the work has started or been delivered, there are no refunds.
Any chargeback or payment dispute without a valid reason results in a permanent ban and loss of all support.

Up to 2 minor revisions are included before delivery (colors, details, logo placement).
A complete design change is charged as a new skin.

Endri's Customs retains control of the mod (publishing, management and updates).
Re-uploading, reselling or redistributing the mod as your own is prohibited.
Endri's Customs may showcase completed work as a catalog or portfolio.

Skins and vehicles are delivered as a Steam Workshop mod set to "Unlisted": they don't appear in searches and can only be accessed through the direct link.
The buyer is responsible for who they share the link with.
Endri's Customs is not responsible if the mod or model is redistributed by third parties, or downloaded or used by other people or servers.

Endri's Customs will update the mod when the buyer requests it.
A maximum of 1 (one) free update is granted within 3 days of delivery.
After 3 days, or once the free update has been used, each update costs $3 USD.
An update does NOT include new skins or texture migrations to another skin or vehicle. Those are charged as a new skin.
If a Project Zomboid update or an update to the original mod breaks the skin, the fix counts as an update.

Endri's Customs is not affiliated with KI5 or any other modder.
Skins for MOD vehicles depend on the original mod. If its author changes or removes it, Endri's Customs is not responsible; adapting the skin is charged as an update.

Support and updates are handled only through tickets on our Discord.
Endri's Customs may change these terms and prices at any time. Orders already paid keep the agreed price.

To become an affiliate you must apply on the website; Endri's Customs may approve, reject or suspend affiliates without giving a reason.
Affiliates earn 10% of what their referrals pay, and referrals get a 10% discount, both permanently. Commissions are confirmed when the order is delivered.
A referral is someone who signs up for the first time through the affiliate's link. The referral's Discord account must be at least 30 days old. Self-referrals and alt accounts are not allowed.
Monthly bonus based on the number of delivered sales of $10 or more, according to the current table. It is credited on the 1st of the following month.
Withdrawals: minimum $10 USD, at most once every 7 days, via ticket only. Payment method fees are paid by the affiliate.
In case of fraud, spam, chargebacks or abuse, Endri's Customs may void commissions and bonuses, leave the balance negative or close the affiliate account.
Endri's Customs may change the program terms or end it at any time. Amounts already confirmed will be honored.
